To maintain our current Licenses we are required to establish and maintain very detailed child files. Many of the forms are annual forms completed before each school session. Some forms require 6-month periodic updates. Summer session requires separate paperwork. You will be notified which forms you will need to submit for enrollment, and when any forms are missing or are in need of being updated. They can be obtained from the website or you can pick them up at the front desk.
